this perfectly well, but I'll give one more. Although the following doesn't necessarily represent "talent," it shows how the crow outside of an organization can be leveraged to solve problems that the organization by itself would not be able to solve.

Competition is low there than 99designs. I have won quite a few prizez. But downside is they do not have great number of contests. Good for beginners.

That is true that the VC should partner with the entrepreneur for the long haul, but their long haul usually has a 5 year exit. So the haul has an expiration date.

I think web chat has much more interesting application in enterprise space where one-many chat is a lot more common and the exiting tool (outlook, MSN, MS communicator) is doing terrible job with it. I think a web based online chat that focusing on one-to-one and one-to-many and faster search will be the killer app in the enterprise.
